    Returns
    Always contact us within 3 days after you receive your merchandise if you need to return items. Wrong items、wrong size and damaged/defective products are acceptable reason for returns. Contact us for the correct returning address. DO NOT send to the address on the waybill of your received package. Please send your package, prepaid, via the carrier of your choice (we recommend Postal Service/USPS, just be sure it's traceable). We will take responsibility for returning shipping cost. Returns must include a receipt and the items must be in original condition, including tags and labels. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will handle your return within 3 business days of receipt. Refunds will be processed to the credit card/Account. Or if you would like, we will be happy to give you credit for the amount of the returned item. You can use the credit when your next order.
     
    Exchanges
    Always contact us within 3 days after you receive your merchandise if you need to exchange items. Customers are responsibility for the shipping charges when exchanges.
